What sports do you cover? |
Coaching is available for both Archery and Crossbow shooting, up to national & international standards
We can provide bows and other equipment.
We also have electronic equipment to enable us to coach the visually impaired in crossbow shooting.

Where and when do you meet? |
The Club meets every Wednesday night between 7pm and 9pm all year around. Our main facility is indoors but we are hoping to have use of some outdoor facilities this Summer 2003. Click here for more details and maps.

Can you cater for all abilities? |
At Wolverhampton Association of Disabled Sport absolutely everyone in the club every one is seen as equal. Ones abilities not disabilities are what matter.

Are there any restrictions on joining? |
We have no restriction on the age of members but must point out those members under the age of 17 years wishing to shoot crossbow must be accompanied by some one over 21 years (Government Crossbow Act 1987).

How much does it cost? |
Annual subscriptions are £2 per year which covers insurance (Council & Disability Sport England) and then it is just 55p per visit towards the hire of the Sports Hall (fee reviewed annually).

What other opportunities will this give me? |
Over the years members of W.A.D.S have taken an active part in the Black Country Olympics and the recent Festival of Sports organised by the Wolverhampton Sports Council. W.A.D.S have also organised and run the West Midland Regional Disabled Archery Tournament.
One of our disabled members is the only disabled member in the England Team competing side by side with able bodied shooters.
